TOC
I saw people taking back to the teacher showing attitude. Being very disrespectful to him not stoping while hes talking. When the teacher made teams most of the guys went on one team while there were 2 guys on the other two teams. I saw the athletic guys having fun and being obnoxious while the quiet girls just watched and probubly didnt have fun at all. yesterdays class seemed worse that usual to me just because Neuf wasnt here to watch us, so people thought they could be immature. I think the other people saw the same thing for the most part. I think they saw me setting up the net and getting the ball. And while i was in pain for my knee. They also saw the guys taking back to the teacher while he was setting up the game and making teams. Everyone saw one team getting stacked by all the guys. The TOC saw kids goofing of and being VERY disrespectful. He saw kids sitting around not playing because of most of the guys. He also saw kids not careing. I think Neuf saw a group of kids that take advantages of him not being there. Kids that have a potential of being a very good class but make the wrong choices. I didnt really do anything about the guys being mean to the TOC I just tried to help set up . But I still wasnt the best I could be because I goofed off too.

Work Hard, Play Hard!
My workout was mostly about getting fit then I did a little bit legs and upperbody. First I warmed up on the bike for 10 mins then I went to the rowing machine for 10 mins. Afterwards I went on the eliptical for another 10 mins and then I skipped for another 5. After that I decided to work on my legs and did the 165lbs with 3 sets of 15 reps. Then I gased out on the treadmill for 5 mins the came back after 2 mins and ran for another 10 mins at 10.0 speed. After that I went to go do the upper body then I did 20lbs for 3 sets of 12 reps. And i finally finshed off with vertical bench with 40lbs with 4 sets of 10 reps. I mostly did cardio cause I want to get into shape and build my stamina because im starting to care about my body. I could have gotten new ideas from google or even youtube. I mostly thought about doing cardio only but then I couldnt think of anymore activities to do so i started working on upper and lower body. I think I did really good cause I felt like I was about to punk. If i could do it again i would have researched new things to do for cardio and I wouldnt have done upper body or lower body.

Report Card
In this term in PE11 I have tried my hardest at everything. I have been to all of my classes that I didn’t have an excuse of absence. I have always brought my gym strip and always have extra pair of shorts and t shirt incase my friends don’t have them. We do a large variety of activities in PE11 and one of my favorite is going on fieldtrips. I think I have a positive attitude towards our class by always smiling and helping others. I like that I am improving my fitness and it’s becoming big part in my life. I like to make others feel good of themselves by high fiving and smiling towards people. One goal I set for my fitness is to overcome my knee problem and to give my 110%. I think I deserve a 91% because I try my hardest and I am a positive contribution to our class.

Field Trips
One of my favorite part of PE11 is that we go on multiple field trips. We have gone to 3 in total and now we have 3 more left. Our first one was the Grouse Grind and that was really fun. I had a great time with my friends but I couldnt complete it. The second field trip was to Birdies and Buckets it was really really fun thanks to Mr. Pederson I actually learnt the proper way to swing. Our third field trip was to the YMCA swimming pool we walked there during nutrition break and we had a great time playing water polo. Im sure we will have fun at our other field trips too cause i like to expirence new things.

Report Card
This year has been great so far PE11 and all my peers have been great. I have been trying to improve since day 1 and I have I help others by boosting their self-confidence. A simple high five can make the person feel good. In PE11 I am improving my fitness as well, and fitness is starting to become a major aspect in my life. I only missed a few classes that I have and excuse for otherwise I have been to class. I always have my gym strip and usually have extra t shirt and shorts if anyone forgets something. I always give my 110% in PE and try to make this fun for other at the same time. I try to help out after we finish cleaning up and when we start with set up. But I could still improve on many things; one thing I could do to help others improve is to be a role model. One thing I do very well is that I smile and try to make people happy with my positive attitude. I have set goals for myself for this semester. One goal is to improve my fitness.
Excuses
Our biggest excuse is "I'm too tired."

Self Regulated
when Mr. Ranu was our sub we stayed positive we got two choices weight room or small gym and we set up a good basketball game and stayed on track when we got bored from that we started playing bump then buckets
Grouse Grind
The grouse grind was a fun experiance too bad i couldnt complete it i really wanted to get to the top my knees were hurting a lot and made me stop at times i made it to the 3/4 point in 1hr 15 mins but i couldnt go anymore
first beep test
last year i finished my beep test at 9.0 and this year i started at 9.0 i will improve this and hopefully my knees are better my heart rate was 120bpm
Week of Sept. 10
the 30 mins pond run was a good way to show my pacing skills were better than the community run
Capture the flag was really fun i enjoyed playing it
When the TOC was here ppl were goofing off but we had sooo much fun
