Work Hard, Play Hard!

My workout was mostly about getting fit then I did a little bit legs and upperbody. First I warmed up on the bike for 10 mins then I went to the rowing machine for 10 mins. Afterwards I went on the eliptical for another 10 mins and then I skipped for another 5. After that I decided to work on my legs and did the 165lbs with 3 sets of 15 reps. Then I gased out on the treadmill  for 5 mins the came back after 2 mins and ran for another 10 mins at 10.0 speed. After that I went to go do the upper body then I did 20lbs for 3 sets of 12 reps. And i finally finshed off with vertical bench with 40lbs with 4 sets of 10 reps. I mostly did cardio cause I want to get into shape and build my stamina because im starting to care about my body. I could have gotten new ideas from google or even youtube. I mostly thought about doing cardio only but then I couldnt think of anymore activities to do so i started working on upper and lower body. I think I did really good cause I felt like I was about to punk. If i could do it again i would have researched new things to do for cardio and I wouldnt have done upper body or lower body.

Report Card

In this term in PE11 I have tried my hardest at everything. I have been to all of my classes that I didn’t have an excuse of absence. I have always brought my gym strip and always have extra pair of shorts and t shirt incase my friends don’t have them. We do a large variety of activities in PE11 and one of my favorite is going on fieldtrips. I think I have a positive attitude towards our class by always smiling and helping others. I like that I am improving my fitness and it’s becoming big part in my life. I like to make others feel good of themselves by high fiving and smiling towards people. One goal I set for my fitness is to overcome my knee problem and to give my 110%. I think I deserve a 91% because I try my hardest and I am a positive contribution to our class.
